46th LA Fall Fair

The LA Fall Fair is back for its 46th year, and it is one of the easiest ways to pack a whole lot of fall fun into one evening. Billed as the largest fall festival in Los Angeles County, the fair fills 12 acres at La Prada Event Plaza in the Whittier Narrows Recreation Area with carnival rides, games and twinkling midway lights.

Little ones can stick to the gentler kiddie rides while older kids and teens test their nerve on the bigger spinners and the giant Ferris wheel. In between rides, your crew can try their luck at carnival games, browse booths from local artisans and refuel at the food court.

Saturdays and Sundays add live music to the mix, so a weekend afternoon visit that stretches into the evening glow is hard to beat. Kids under 8 get in free, making this a budget-friendly autumn outing for the whole family.

All ages are welcome.

Ride height restrictions apply. Any child who wants to ride, including kids under 36 inches, needs a carnival wristband or individual ride tickets.

Admission: $5 per person, ages 8 and up (cash only at the gate; includes live stage entertainment)

Children under 8 and seniors over 65: Free admission

Carnival rides cost extra: unlimited ride wristbands or individual ride tickets.
