2026 Jingle Bell Run - Los Angeles, CA

The Arthritis Foundation's Jingle Bell Run returns to Griffith Park on Saturday, December 5, 2026, inviting Angelenos to trade their usual morning routine for a costume-friendly 5K with a big heart. Runners, joggers and walkers of every pace gather to celebrate the season while raising money for people living with arthritis, the leading cause of disability in the United States.

Participants can choose a timed 5K with a chip bib or an untimed 5K that's perfect for strolling with friends and family. Every registrant receives a long-sleeve event shirt, jingle bells to wear on race day and a finisher's medal. Holiday sweaters, Santa hats, reindeer antlers and tutus are all part of the fun, and the organizers encourage teams, so it's an easy way for coworkers, run clubs or a whole crew of relatives to celebrate together.

This is primarily a charity 5K for grown-ups, but the event welcomes strollers and dogs, which makes it a nice option for parents who want to bring little ones along for a festive outing. Check-in opens at 8 AM, and the race starts at 9 AM. Can't make it in person? A Virtual Jingler option lets your family join the fun and fundraise from anywhere.

Registration fees go up as race day approaches, so signing up early saves money. Online registration stays open until the morning of the event, and walk-up registration is also available on race day. The run goes on rain or shine.

All ages are welcome.

This is a charity 5K geared toward adults, but strollers are welcome, so families with young children can join in.

This is a paid event. All participants receive a shirt, jingle bells and a medal.

5K Timed (includes chip-timed bib): $45 through October 31; $50 from November 1 to December 4; $55 on race day.

5K Untimed: $40 through October 31; $45 from November 1 to December 4; $50 on race day.

Virtual Jingler: $45 through December 31.

Participants are encouraged to fundraise in addition to the registration fee. Registration fees and donations are non-refundable.
