LACMA Art Classes
Children's art classes emphasize creative problem-solving and experimentation and instruction in drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, and mixed media. Classes also include gallery activities and a chance to look at original works of art from the museum's permanent collection and special exhibitions. LACMA also offers Family Art Classes, and Teen Art Classes.

Kids Art Class: Adventures in Art Materials (Ages 6–9)
Explore how artists use unusual materials in their art (like silkworm cocoons and embroidered plastic) and how delightful animals inspire their work as you discover the exhibitions The Allure of Matter: Material Art from China and Every Living Thing: Animals in Japanese Art. In the studio, experiment with paint, clay, found objects, and mixed media to make your own creative art projects. With artist Eszter Delgado.
