Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has been proven to be one of the most effective martial arts for self-defense. In BJJ classes, we teach kids the techniques and culture that has established Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as one of the fastest growing and most effective martial arts in the world. This grappling art consists of using technique and leverage over size and strength to control an opponent. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu isn’t focused around striking an opponent, so it provides a very safe and fun way for kids to learn how to defend themselves.
Martial Arts/Muay Thai Kickboxing
Our martial arts classes consist of a variety of striking martial arts, such as boxing and karate, with our main focus being in Muay Thai Kickboxing. Muay Thai is regarded as one of the most effective striking martial arts in the world. These classes provide children with the opportunity to learn the most effective striking arts to defend themselves in a safe and fun environment. Our martial arts classes are the perfect compliment to the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes that we offer.

I was honestly blown away by this place! My husband found them online and I took my 6 year old son for an initial visit. Coach Patrick gave him a private intro for about 45 minutes. He was amazing with my son, the perfect mix between friend and coach. My son left feeling really excited about joining, and eager to do his homework. The next time we went back, it was exactly the same experience. I also think their prices are reasonable. Class size seems small, and lots of coaches assisting so I feel like my son will get a lot of one-on-one attention and really progress quickly. ---Nicole M.
My little princess is beyond ecstatic and won't be quiet about her experiences with 5 star martial arts. As a parent to a six year old with a short attention span, it's remarkable to me that with her two complimentary lessons she has already become so passionate about the new journey she's about to partake in. The staff upon entry was very kind and warm welcoming, but what has me in awe is coach Mike. His level of compassion, enthusiasm, and knowledge in working with kids blew me out of the water.
