Description
Write a story, arrange the panels, sketch with pencils, ink with pens, and color it! Children will come up with a short story and write an outline for it. They will arrange and draw the characters, environment, and speech bubbles inside the panels to complete their book. The lesson plan and schedule for the course are as follows: Lesson 1: Brainstorm - decide on who is the main, supporting, and opponent characters. Lesson 2: Sculpting with plastelina - sculpt characters to use them as reference for drawing. Lesson 3: Drawing heads and start to draw panels - front, side, and facial expressions. Lesson 4: Drawing pages- draw sound effects in the relevant panels. Lesson 5: Continue drawing pages with complete panels. Lesson 6: PIE- penciling, inking, erasing. Lesson 7: Making a cover- design the back and front cover, titles and, ending page. Lesson 8: Complete the book. This course prepares your children for the Stop Motion course, where they can build, sculpt and paint the world of their story to make it into an animated movie.
