Where does my listing appear on your website? Your listing will appear under one of our guides based on the type of your business. All guides are categorized on a first come, first served basis unless you choose either the awesome plan or the ultimate plan, which will put you on top of the guide. Why should I be listed in different guides? To optimize your leads and convert faster, we recommend listing in different guides so that parents can find you in the right categories. You can be listed in several guides with our Ultimate Plan. The Ultimate Plan is great for businesses that offer various different programs or services. For example, if your business is an indoor playground, and you also offer classes and party packages, the Ultimate Plan is the best plan for you! How do visitors find my business listing on your website? Our guides are easily visible on the first page of our website, and visitors can find your business listing by using our filtering tools to search for the type of business/services they're looking for. We also promote our guides in our newsletters and our blog posts! Can I share my directory listing on different social media platforms? Yes, you can easily share your listing on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest. How long after I submit my listing will it be published in the guide? It takes approximately 2-3 business days for your listing to be published in one of our guides after you submit your information. What if I need to change some information or images after submitting my form? After your listing is published, we'll send you an email with a link to your listing, allowing you to make changes for up to 5 business days after the email's date. What if my video is too big to upload? You can still submit your listing, and send us your video via email, DropBox, or Google Drive. Simply send your video to info@funwithkidsinla.com. I don't have a PayPal Account, what now? If you opt for an annual plan, you can pay without a PayPal account by clicking on the "Pay with Credit Card or Debit" button. For monthly plans, you'll need to create an account to be charged monthly, but you can still pay with a debit or credit card. There are no additional fees for paying through PayPal.
