SUBMIT AN EVENT

Submit your event on our event calendar for FREE to target thousands of parents right where they are making plans. 

You can submit your event by filling out the form below, and your event will be reviewed and added to our calendar, if it meets our standards. If an event is missing important information as set forth below, it will NOT be approved. 

How to Submit:

Step 1: Click on the "Submit Your Event" button to start.

Step 2: Add Event Title and short keywords/tags such as the type of activity, weather it is an outdoor or indoor activity, and the city. 

Step 3: Add a high resolution image without prints. A picture tells a thousand words. Low quality images, and images with prints will not be approved.  Do not use flyers for the featured image.  You can add your flyer under event description using "Add Image" button in the tools bar.  You may also add a YouTube video using the "Add Video" button.


Step 4: Be sure to fill out all your contact info.

Step 5:  Choose the date and time, and describe your activity as if you are a 3rd party.  Please include Age limitations, Cost, and a link to your website. Use the Link button to highlight website to insert your website address.  


Step 6: It is your responsibility to inform us if the date of your event changes, or it gets cancelled. 

Step 7:  Use the Social Media Icons on the Event Calendar to share your post on different social media channels for more exposure.

All the events will be reviewed by our editorial team before being added to our site to ensure that your listing is the right “fit” for Fun With Kids in LA.  Your event must be kids friendly for submission. We reserve the right to edit any submissions. Classes are not meant for the calendar.  We offer advertising for classes in other sections of the website.

We suggest that you submit your event at least 30 days before the date of your event to get the maximum attention. It may take 3-5 days for events to get approved and published. 

All fields must be completed for an event to get approved. You are giving us permission to use your information and images that you are submitting on our website and on our social media channels. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you are providing, and allege that you have permission to use any images submitted.
