We suggest to do your shopping on the weekend for the entire week. Also get the kids involved with setting up the table, or even with cooking and have some fun together!
Pasta with Broccoli & Peas 35 minutes
Shopping: Farfalle (bow tie) pasta, unsalted butter, Olive Oil, Garlic, Lemons, grated Parmesan, toasted pignoli (pine) nuts (optional), broccoli, peas.
Creamy Chicken Pesto 30 minutes
Shopping: Chicken Breast, Pesto Sauce, Butter, Cherry Tomatoes, Basil
Steak Fajitas - 25 min
Shopping: Skirt Steak; Bell Peppers,Olive Oil, Lemon or Lime, Fajita Mix, Garlic (optional), tortillas.
Chicken Tikka Masala - 30-40 min
Shopping: Boneless Chicken Breasts, Tikka Masala Sauce (Jar), Steamed Basmati Rice (cook in rice cooker or buy ready cooked packages at store)
Spaghetti with Meat Sauce - 30 min
Shopping: Ground Beef, Onion, Garlic, Pasta Sauce, Spaghetti, Basil
