I have been in school preparation mode this whole week, and I am just trying to make it as easy as possible the first week of school for my kids, for myself, and for the whole family. I've made a list of what to make for dinner, and I would love to share it with you. Since I am a busy mom, I don't have much time to spend in the kitchen, so I only picked recipes that are easy to make and are less than 40 minutes to prepare.
I am also including a shopping list for each meal. I suggest you do your shopping on the weekends for the entire week, and do most of the preparation the night before, so that when you get home from work, you just do the cooking. You should get the kids involve to help with setting the table!
